Use labels from the official record. Do not force the project into a beef, swine, sheep, goat, poultry, or rabbit category that does not apply.
The original record makes the math checkable
Use dates and weights from scale tickets, then use feed receipts or expense notes for cost work. The print and export copies keep those starting numbers beside the answer.
